The thesis

Two crafts, not one.

Every other AI community teaches technical throughput. Gilde teaches the craft. Prompting is a skill. So is listening. Agent orchestration is a skill. So is ethics. Building with Claude is a skill. So is teaching a junior how to build with Claude without losing themselves in the process.

Advancement follows the pairing. You don't earn Gildemeester on Claude SDK fluency alone. You earn it by proving you can teach, collaborate, and carry the craft forward responsibly.
